Jordan and Alayna, a husband and wife running a small business were absolutely wonderful to deal with!!!  From the beginning to the end!  They were quick to respond to our inquiries, and were spot on with setup, and delivery!!!   We were able to speak to them both when they dropped off the unit off and set it up, and they are such a cool couple!   I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s looking to book them for any occasion!  I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!!  I will definitely be booking with them next time!!! Hands down the best customer service I have ever encountered. Communication was amazing, fast, and responsive. They answered all our questions. Booking was so easy. I can’t recommend this company enough! The owners are some of the friendliest, kindest people we’ve worked with. They showed up early, had everything set up well before our party started, and there were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. The bounce houses were clean, looked great, and kept the kids entertained for hours. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and making each event special. We had so much fun with the wacky combo bounce house and slide. It was a huge hit for the kids at our party! Drop off was smooth with great communication leading up to it. They set up, cleaned the bounce house and went over all the rules. Payment was easy, too! 10/10 I would recommend them for any party or kid event.
